Not a freakin’ pound

Now, I know that water weight could be partly to blame for this week’s weigh-in but after a week of NOT eating after 7 pm, not an OUNCE of ice cream, working out six times INCLUDING a step routine.
PEOPLE… NOT A POUND?
Seriously.
On a brighter note, I got the coolest garbage can on the block. I got it at Costco and it brings a whole new zest for living. It has an infrared sensor that all I have to do is wave my hand over it, and it opens. It’s stainless steel, and only 36 bucks at the old Costco.
Honestly, if it wasn’t for the new garbage can, I think I would’ve lost my will to live. :)

I was watching Oprah the other day and her trainer said to not weigh yourself for at least 1-2 months when you start a workout/diet routine. He said that your body is learning to burn things better and you’re likely to have huge water shifts. Throw out the scale for a few weeks and then you’ll see the changes. PS, love your pics of the gordons

Becuase you have been so good about working out on such a regular basis, you may be losing the fat but gaining the muscle and therefore no weight change, just think you are a lot healthier than some people, inlcuding myself, you have good will power

yeah..ditto teh above. Muscle weighs more than fat. You’ll get there…are you recording your inches? I think that’s a better and more important gauge than weight is.
    I want that garbage can.

So forget the scale. Do you feel better? Even if you haven’t lost lbs I bet you feel firmer and your close might fit a little looser. You’re on the right track and I need to get back on that track!
