So, I woke-up this AM and I could NOT move my leg. It'd been giving me pain all night long when I tried to turn, but I figure when I woke-up and stretched it out I'd be fine.
I wasn't fine.
I couldn't sit down.
And, frankly -- sitting down is the first thing I do every morning, at least since I had kids.... if you know what I mean.
So, it was me, some ibuprophen, and my heating bad on my bed for 30 minutes, and by then I could just BARELY move it.
Now, I may have overdone it a bit yesterday. I worked-out for 40 minutes, did a baby photo session (which is mostly in a squat position) and then went-out and sprayed for weeds after I got the kids in bed (which also involves a bit of squatting) but I don't think it's any more then usual.
The thing that hurt the most was rotating my leg to the outside.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Lucky, LUCKY me -- I probably won't miss any workouts since it'll heal by the time I get-up at 6 am on Monday.
