I hated casseroles as a kid

So… I hated casseroles as a kid, and now I’m on the look-out for some easy ones. I googled “best casserole recipes” and came-up with this page:
It looks like it has some goodies. I’m excited to try some out. I’m hoping to be able to make some, stow them in the fridge and throw them in the oven when I’m home from soccer practice. I know my mom used to use time bake all the time back in the day, but somehow that just makes me nervous.
I also wanted to give a shout-out to my south bay peeps who are looking for grocery deals. I just happened to find a blog listing the deals she pulls out of ads:

She seems to just pick out the REALLY good deals, but even just jotting those down can help your grocery bill considerably.
Go moms go.

Do you know the Confessions of a Pioneer Woman blog? She has a food blog also, and I love it for the photography. : ) Seriously! Anyway, she has a great recipe for chicken spaghetti on it. I’ll email you the link in a bit.

Just came from the Pioneer woman blog…it’s a fav…both her sites. Check it out.

I’m all for good casseroles, and our time-bake feature on the oven hasn’t disappointed us yet! Good luck!
