No, not THAT kind of grinding.

Wheat grinding.

Yes, I’m Mormon and I don’t have a wheat grinder. Shame on me.

Our stake is doing a group buy of the blendtec one. It’s a pretty good price, and I’ve been considering getting one for at least a year.

So, what do I want to do? Will I use it? Maybe. I think I would. It sounds like this one’s pretty fast and at least it’s compact.
Really, I’m in a quandry. Do you have one? Why?

The Kitchen Mill you have pictured is a really good grinder and small but most people agree that the nutrimill is the best grinder. It is big but less noisy. Also, if you order Prarie Gold wheat you will be happier. It is hard to find and really the only place to get it is from Wheat Farms Montana but it makes incredible flour, much better than the hard red!

This is the mill I will buy when I buy one. When will that be? Good question. soon, I think. My sil has this grinder and it’s the one I borrow when I’m in the mood! It’s very fast and makes great flour. Go for it!

We have one just like that–at least I think. It says k-tec on it, but it looks like the one on the picture. Only used it twice (never bought wheat in Utah), works great, fast and almost no mess, but the thing is LOUD!!!!
