Maple Glazed Salmon from Cooking Light
You just put a seasoning rub on it, broil it for 6 minutes, then throw a 1/2 Tbsp of oil on each portion, broil another minute and WHAMO.
Since I didn’t have any couscous, I made brown rice in the pressure cooker. Then I threw it in with some sauteed vegetables (carrots, onions, zuchinni) and some garlic (of course). Then, to top it off I Threw in a few handfuls of pomegranate seeds, and they were actually really good in it. Just a nice burst of color.

P.S. I put my cookies to cool on newspaper. You might be grossed out by it, but it wicks all the excess oils from the cookie and it’s how my mom did it. Also, I tend to make a TON of cookies so I just don’t have the cooling racks to support it. No, the ink doesn’t get on the paper and I don’t use the comics since that’s the one section that gets a lot of use at this house._______________________________________________________________________
