					<description><![CDATA[I am always a little grumpy when I wake up from a nap...maybe a little anxious too...just realizing what I could or should have been doing instead of sleeping, which makes me frustrated...even when I know I need the sleep.  I need to learn that it is ok to take a time out for myself.]]></description>

I will take notice the next time I do and let you know.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, is this normal always?  Or just since the baby came?  Maybe you need more sleep than you think and this is your body&#039;s way of letting you know.]]></description>
