In reply to Sharon A Cox. I was also told that if dish soap stays on it it would smell quickly. I’m careful to rinse well between uses and haven’t had a problem with it in a while.

100% cotton hand crochet dish cloths are hands down my favorite. They are easy and quick to make if you find someone who crochets. They are super absorbent and wring out well depending on how dense the stitch is. They can be made with scrubbing yarn and bumps and if you use white, hold up well to an occasional bleaching. Best of all you can choose colors to coordinate with your kitchen.
