Huh, interesting. I know a lot of people who love them. I'm just not one of them. :) BUT, if we bought or sold a house again, I would probably do it. It is nice to have a little piece of mind (or give the buyer some piece of mind).

I had One Guard home warranties all of last year and they covered all kinds of stuff that was in need of repair or replacing in a house we had just purchased. It was paid for by the seller so I figured what the heck lets try it. I like all of you had warranty companies that were horrible. I had American Home Shield for 8 years and they were a nightmare. They never covered a single claim and I had completely sworn off warranty companies until One Guard. However I just learned that One Guard has changed their coverage area so I don't get to keep them. What a shame as I really loved their warranty program.

Where were you when I was induced!? :-) Sure could have used #6 then... I wasn't warned that I couldn't eat, and the previous weeks on bedrest, the nurses encouraged me to eat whenever I felt likeit. I was quite unimpressed with the jello and tea they offered! :-)
