					<description><![CDATA[I made these the day the final show aired--and my family LOVED them! In retrospect, I think they were a tad greasy, so I&#039;ll cut out the butter and go super light on the cream, like a teaspoon per cup. I also used an aged white cheddar, so that might have contributed to the richness of the dish. They cooked down so much that I fill the cups to the top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;YUM!!]]></description>
