Oh but doctors are no fun to go see, ha! But I do know that they can do good things - my mom sees her doctor regularly, and while she isn't 100% healthy, she is much better than she could be. She got proactive with her health after her dad died ten years ago. It was very sudden, but he never went to the doctor (for anything), so we never even realized that it was a possibility. Not only did she get her "stats" to a good level, her headaches are gone (she used to get tremendous migrances), she has gotten on medication for her OCD, and while her sleep hasn't much improved, she's working on it - though that one, I believe, is because she is of a "certain age", ha!
