I probably only wear 30 things... sadly, I' a t-shirt and jeans gal. I wish we had more built ins. It sure does allow for more room to play. :)

I've read so much about seasonal clothing lately, it's crazy, A couple blogs I frequent are doing something called a capsule wardrobe (you take only 30 or something items for the next three months and box everything else up). I've never had enough clothes to warrant a seasonal wardrobe change!
I was blessed that the bedroom I grew up in had a large dresser built into it - with four drawers, even! New clothes were only gotten for a reason, though - school shopping, mostly. I would get a few things from family members for Christmas or my birthday, but that was it. I got hand-me-downs a few times (and loved them, actually), so that helped. I had stuff that was too big (and would wear it anyway). I did not match often as a kid (then again, the 90's didn't match, anyway, ha!). But my clothes consisted of jeans and an assortment of shirts, so it was easy to pick stuff out.
