People, come about 2:45pm I am beat. I’ve just had enough of the day. Sadly, Mr Middle comes home about 2:50… bad news, eh?
I get up at 5:30 to work out, and I have to be really careful about my workouts because if that’s too rough I am just BEAT. I also jet around doing all my cleaning and playing with Princess P and doing playdates. i’m a busy lady, but that leads into the afternoon — and the afternoon is when my two older kids need me the most. I know I need to be there!
So, what do you do in the afternoons? Right now, thankfully, I’m not hauling them around. We’re mostly home and I’m reminding them to get on task, but that just leaves me some good time to put my head on the table and drool.
This is a serious issue though. What do you guys do to stay peppy through the witching hour? I’m usually fine come 4 pm…
Maybe I should just take a nap earlier. or maybe stop working out? Or, just get aftercare for my kids so I can have more alone time. 🙂
