I’d like to do a series on the regular resolutions people have… and what has worked for me.
This one’s a really regular one — to lose weight.
And honestly, it worked for me.
All the info’s going to be on my weight loss blog.
Just a reminder you need to be SICK. OF. IT. It has to be something you’re REALLY ready to conquer. And if you’re not, that’s OK — I’m just saying that losing weight is the hardest of all my resolutions, I think. And it took a lot of will power to lose the 32 pounds last year. I hope you’ll join me on the other blog. I’m also looking for other contributors — info will be over there.
Don’t forget, I have a new blog I’ll start when I’m skinny. For real. 🙂
