I am onto week 6, I’ve done it twice (that means only one day left). At the end you run 7 minutes, stretch/ walk for 2 — X 3. And I run the whole thing. That means a 21 minute run. Plus, I do the 10 minute free-form run in the beginning and we are right around 30 minutes. There is NO. WAY. I could’ve done that earlier.
So, that’s a happy thing.
But, I am gaining weight. And I’m just sick of it. I’m trying to watch what I eat, but with the end of school and so much busy-ness I am sure it got away from me.
I’ve been thinking a lot about protein and how it’s my friend, especially as my body is adapting to my ludicrous running plan.
So, I’m back on weight watchers. I have a fancy app. It’s super exciting. Can you tell I am thrilled. Because I am.
Anyway, I hope it helps. I really need to see that scale move down. I have just about 2 weeks left in my 5k app. I’m not sure what I’m going to do after that, although I have already bought the other zombie run app and I’m excited to use that. I’m thinking of running twice a week and then doing a strength video once a week. I just need to stay on track with the points.
And I can do that. 60% of my recipes are already pointed out, and it’s summer with lots of delicious fresh fruits and veggies which are “free”.

Oh, but the high point of my week was P in swimming class. This is a girl who last week was barely willing to blow a bubble in the water. Strong P. Strong like bull.
