Not really, but it did occur to me that maybe the zombies were feasting on my hips. Sadly, they only hurt — not shrinking.
I took a week off (maybe the problem of my post above) and then yesterday I ran with Drew. I had found some pelvic strengthening exercises, that seemed to help. I got to the point where it didn’t hurt iat all. Yesterday, it didn’t hurt too much so I figured I just need to power through (actually, when I run other parts of my pelvis hurt… great!)… but today I’m hurting a lot. I am wondering if it’s time to give running a break for a bit.
I honestly have no idea.
It is also very hot. Very, very, very hot.
And that is all. My “baby” is now four and this pelvis thing is still haunting me. Just a reminder to keep the IUD in, am I right?
