I feel such a moral dilemma when I am sick.
The other side of me doesn’t want to put my burdens onto anyone else.
But I think we need a mindframe switch. People need to stay home when they are sick. Sure, you might need to run to the drug store but those germs are best kept at home.
But I feel like a slacker when I do it… do you?
I wish I wouldn’t. The plain truth is that the germs should be left at home along with the sniffles etc. And people need to be more understanding of that.
I guess some people call in sick for every little thing, hangnail, etc.
But, where do you lie? Do you think a cold should keep you home from church or work? At what point should it keep you home? Inquiring minds….
**On a side note, I’ve heard talk at work about using probiotics to boost immunity. I’m a big vitamin taker, but I’m wondering if anyone else has any first hand knowledge of them, and what’s the best kind to buy?
