I know you’re all wondering how my weight loss is going — and I feel like it’s going alright… less great when we had lunch at Z-tejas and I had pie and a milkshake on Saturday, but you know — you’ve gotta live life! 🙂
I was down to 177 at one point last week, so I feel like I am on track. I would like to be at 175 by the end of the month.
But, what I really wanted to talk about is how I am ALWAYS cold. And I sometimes feel like I am working out enough to where I actually start to feel warm. I’m not sure if it’s a metabolism boost or what, but lately I’ve been HOT (and I’m not qiute old enough for menopause) and I hope it’s those muscles eating extra calories and whittling me down to my size 8 (which is my goal size, judge all you want but I think women who are a size 8 look healthy and strong — that is it).
