Are you kidding. Even if you never have another child a VAN is a slice of heaven on four wheels. They will not be able to touch eachother. Did you hear me? and you can cart around their friends when you carpool! Anyhooz you send a kid to school and you think you've found the anwser to peacefull life again and the kid comes home at 3pm and turns the house upside down. That's how I feel. I sometimes dread Sydni comming home because I know she's going to bounce off the walls. Things that work for me- I'll let her play computer games when she gets home. Or I schedule a play date with another child from her class. They shut themselves in her room and leave me alone! I send her to play in the sandbox outside. Or I let her help me bake. But it's never a sure thing. I feel like I always have an adjustment time to Brandon being gone suddenly and the afterschool syndrome Sydni comes down with. Schools been going now for 4 weeks and I'm just now starting to feel normal. xoxo AMIE

Sorry I don't have a life preserver to throw you. My advice - wait to have a third until they are both in college. Okay, at least full time school, lol. Hmmm, maybe an opinion from a sleep deprived lady with a newborn is a little biased...

Just so you know though - I totally understand the going crazy feeling.Sending hugs too!

(((HUGS)))) Hilary, I so know exactly how you feel. I feel like the worst mom some days because I don't even want to be around them. I tried to take a 30 minute nap today and they both climbed on my head the whole entire time...(sigh}
