Organization

I am on an organization kick as of late. It was kicked of though our office “remodel” and yesterday I worked it hard in our garage. For once my food storage is looking SO great. I really went in and tried to make a system that would work. It would let me know what I have and what I need. It would also help me to rotate better.
Anyway, as I was thinking about how sparkling my garage looks I was thinking about how, perhaps, I need to do some organization of my life. I know there are things in my life that I’m not using (or shouldn’t be using — I’m not talking drugs here, but I am talking about wasting too much time watching TV or ignoring my kids). For instance, I have decided not to be on twopeas much anymore. I went on a complete twopeas ban while I was on vacation. I figure reading my blogs and email take up enough time. I have gotten on a few times since I’ve been home… but I’m still doing pretty well on my personal goal. It has also made me a less-obsessed scrapper. I want to take the Stacy Julian way of scrapbooking, and sometimes Two Peas makes that hard. It’s all about your priorities.
Anyway, I know there’s more to throw-out of my life… to make more room for the things I need more time with. Does anyone have anything they “threw-out” of their life?

I totally agree about 2Peas and I’m thinking I’m going to do the same.

We are throwing TV out of our lives when we move. We did that in Provo, but we have free cable now. So, since we won’t have it free anymore we’re not going to have it at all.

Yeah, sleep, j/k! I loved the feeling you get after you’ve done a big organization projetct! I’m hoping when we get into a house that we can really get organized and have space to put things! I would like to throw out the TV in my life as well, but I’m just one of those people that has to have background noise in the house and the TV supplies that quite well. Do you have any ideas?
