Here’s this week’s menu plan. I love seeing other people’s menu plan to give me quick, easy and tasty ideas. I’m not sure mine fits that bill, but here it is!:
Balsamic Chicken Pasta (somehow there ended-up being a lot of pasta on this week’s menu, not sure why… but it fits the bill of what’s leftover in the fridge, so I’m going with it) — this one is using up some mozerella cheese we have in there
Cornbread waffles with chili — I put this on my facebook page. Very child friendly, I think
Slow Cooker Pinto Beans with Homemade Tortillas (I don’t think this is the recipe I use — but they are easy to make and SO tasty!)
Roasted Cauliflower Pasta — Roasted cauliflower is SO much better then regular!
Million Dollar Spaghetti (sensing the pasta theme — but this is WAY good, and we have some cottage cheese we need to use up)
Pinterest Shrimp (SO good with some French bread, yummy!)
