Here’s what’s on tap for dinner at our house, coming up:
1. Broccoli Rabbe with Bacon and Chick Peas — who doesn’t like bacon? Mix it with anything and your kids will eat it. This time it’s broccoli. Yum!
2. Pizza — whatever variety strikes me at the time. I have some fresh mozzerella whose date is going soon — I may use that with some fresh ingredients. Yum!

3. Polenta with Sausage — I don’t have any mushrooms on hand, but I love Polenta in the winter, so warming (obligatory YUM!)
4. Pineapple Enchiladas — this one’s a different, but tasty dinner. We haven’t had it for a while. {you know I mean YUM, but now I can’t even put it, it just seem trite at this point).
5. Buffalo Chicken Thighs — Someone has a ton of blue cheese from Costco that I bought on a whim. Time to use it up. I LOVE chicken wings. Too much, in fact.
6. Spinach and blue Cheese Chicken — this one combines spinach, blue cheese and bacon. In the recipe it cooks it inside a chicken breast. I MAY do that, or I might juts alternate the filling with some chicken tenders. Unclear at this point. 🙂
7. Tuna Melts — I add a variety of things to this. Sometime pineapple, olive, hard boiled eggs. It just depends on what strike sme when I go to make it. Always add mayo. Always. I ususally just broil them open faced in the oven for a few minutes. It’s a quick dinner.
8. Cheddar chowder — this is a cheesey soup that fills everyone’s tummys and makes them happy.
9. Slow Cooker Fajitas — I ALWAYS put a slow cooker meal on my menu plan. This one looks tasty, I love fajitas!
